Easy to schedule service. They get you right in. The tech does a complete inspection of the vehicle and afterwards you receive a video explaining everything along with a list of recommendations. Abby is AWESOME!!
Everyone there, especially Cade, were excellent. My issue was timing...it was nearly 4 hours before I was informed about problems the car had, and then they had to keep it overnight. I had to go home in a rental. It was 11'ish am the next day before the car was ready. Otherwise, everyone with whom I dealt with directly, went out of their way to make my experience good.
Willi was super friendly, honest, and helpful! We found the car I wanted and he made the process super easy.

She is personable, explains things well, and always strives to help us receive the best value! They have excellent techs who perform the services. I appreciate the video assessment I receive as I'm waiting as to the current state and if anything is needed to be addressed quickly too. I genuinely hope Performance appreciates Abby as much as I do!

It was a long wait but worth the wait
I bought my 2021 Subaru Outback from here. I have had the car about 2 years. Mind you I commute a lot, roughly an hour to and from work daily. I am NOT a rough driver. I continue to use this dealership for service because of the free oil change perks etc. But I feel like I leave dropping way more than I need to on service. I was asked to add rotating the tires to my order so I did then later I was told to replace the tires in October making the rotation awaste oof money.
Pickup was timely, service was great and my car was safely and quickly returned back to me.

I followed up with kenneth, to make sure when my parts come in, that He call me. And let me know, because I've been waiting for a minute for my doorstrips are door guards, didn't want anyone else to get them after they've ordered them for me.
I brought my car in for repairs and was helped by Lee (Kenneth). The service was great! Lee was awesome throughout by being communicative, prompt, and patient. I would recommend him to friends who are in need of auto service at Performance Toyota. I also spoke with Diane and Chris “CP” in the sales department, who were also kind and not pushy at all!
Charlene is an incredible service advisor. She manages everything smoothly, explains things clearly, and adjusts on the fly. Jason was my technician this visit and he was OUTSTANDING. His service video was clear and understandable. He even printed a diagram to show on the video to explain the part that needed replacing. The Valet Service is amazing. I feel like royalty having my car picked up and delivered at no charge. Great communication all around. I’ll happily continue to bring my vehicle to Performance Toyota for service.

Brian Counts is excellent. Professional, friendly, always helpful. He was extremely clear and communicated well the entire time, and he made the entire process as easy as possible. I had a car reserved and he was always willing to answer any and all questions I had during the couple of weeks the car was in transit. Even when things went sideways through no fault of his own, he did everything in his power to fix it, speed up the process, and keep me informed.

Will not go anywhere but to this Dealership. I purchased my truck in Indy, and had a bad experience with the dealership I purchased from. We all know, you will pay more than going to take a shop, but I trust them.
They tried to get me to pay over $600 for a new part without even taking apart the door to look at the problem. Service member argued with me until I asked to talk to a supervisor and they told me they do an hour of free diagnostics. They ended up doing that and found that a new part was not needed for the problem. 100% try to take advantage of people.
Jacob, was sensitive to my situation and offered options to repair my aging 2007 Camry and get it back on the road again.
Isaiah was excellent. Very friendly and professional. Extremely pleased with the service.

My car wouldn't start due to a bad battery. I called Performance Toyota and told them I didn't have an appointment. They said no problem, just bring my car in and for tire or battery issues you don't need an appointment. I had my battery jumped at home and took my car to Performance who did what they said and I was out of there in no time..thank you Clint and Performance Toyota

I made an appointment at 7:00am to have a tire that had a sidewall leak (splice in shoulder) replaced. I waited there because I expected the new tire mounted and balanced in a relatively short time. However, I got my car back 2 hours and 30 minutes later at 9:30am. On the bright side, I got a good price on the tire and the service person who attended to me was clear with explanation of the work order and bill as well as being friendly.
I only trust this Toyota Service Center. They give personal attention yet are very professional. They have always given excellent service and I highly recommend Charlene as a service advisor. She stays on top of everything and will make sure you are happy and were treated like you are their best customer! I know my car is in excellent condition when I leave after service at Toyota Fairfield!
