Always good service and friendly service team members I usually work with Charlene and Jacob who take the time to figure out the best solutions and pricing to get the job done. Makes it easy to go to Performance Toyota even though it is over 20 minutes away and there is a much closer dealership to my house.

There are many items that need inspected at the 15000 Mike service but these items are not detailed on my service report as being completed. If these items were completed then please show that they were completed on my service report.
Just a great response when I originally ran into Clay. He took the time to stop where he was going and listen to my concern. That alone was priceless. The issue reached Jacob. I spoke to Pressley and a wonderful lady at the service desk. They were both awesome. Total experience, incl car sales was absolutely worth it. I will return to put another smile on my face. I even met Jermaine . That was wonderful!!!!
Corissa was awesome! She was very easy to talk to and understanding. She did not push anything only make suggestions on what was needed and didn’t try and make me feel like I was being pressured into anything.

Excellent service
Was working on my wife's Lexus this morning and stopped at the Parts Department. I needed an oil filter and a crush washer. Nice guy at the counter apologized for not having the filter. Turns out no Toyota vehicles use the filter I needed (nor do any current Lexus vehicles). A filter I could get at a general parts store, but I still needed crush washers. So the guy just gave me two - no charge - and again apologized for not having the filter.

Jacob took the time to look up my records and help me decide what I needed when, as a low mileage driver. He went out of his way to explain and make me comfortable.
Great pick up and delivery service. Great video review from mechanic working on car. Charging me for storing my records and shop supplies in addition to extraordinarily high service costs is ridiculous. These should be built into the business costs. Great response time from Brennan.

Service was good. Coupons were a bit confusing and I didn’t save as much as I thought. Somewhat misleading. It also took over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation even though I had an appointment.

We went to two other dealerships before having the pleasure of working with Daniel. The experience was night and day difference. Daniel took the time to understand our needs, budget, concerns, etc. He invested the time to explain the most important features and benefits we cared about.

Went to Performance Toyota for some warranty work that was either by replacing a part or via software. So glad that Performance replaced a part. Upon entering Performance garage, my vehicle was apparently scanned by equipment that said my vehicle needed an alignment. Service Advisor (SA) said that the mechanic (tech) would check to confirm the scan. Anyway, after work work was complete, I had a two minute video of the tech explaining the warranty work..The SA Alex was very helpful, friendly and answered my questions. Overall, VG and would recommend Performance Toyota's Service Dept.

Got an amazing interest rate of 2.99 and they were very negotiable with the price. Everyone I spoke to was kind and not difficult. They also didn’t rush me into any decisions and had a nice selection of the specific model I was looking for and trim levels. Overall a great experience! It should also be noted that the specific model I bought had an extremely large amount of features and they had a representative come out and explain all the features and set up my truck, leaving no questions.

Compared to my experience with other Toyota dealers, this place is on another level; the staff is very professional. 100% recommended.
The actual service technician was awesome. The video was very informative and he talked through everything he completed. The service advisor, Brennan, however, lacked communication throughout the process. I had to request updates that were met with short replies. I was not informed additional work being completed for a recall and when I questioned that, it was replied to with attitude.
On our way from Michigan to Florida we experienced a flat tire due to a flaw in a brand new tire. Performance Toyota worked us in as soon as we arrived. They replaced the damaged tire with the same model of tire and got us on our way in a timely manner. Abby and the mechanics were very helpful and friendly.
