Cincinnati & Northern KY Toyota Dealers Donate $11,250 to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital
"That's another Toyota Tundra Red Zone score!"
Those emphatic words blasted through Paul Brown Stadium 45 times this past Bengals season.
Each time the Bengals scored from inside the 20-yard line red zone, by touchdown or field goal, the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Toyota dealers donated $250 to Cincinnati Children's Hospital. As a result, the dealer group donated a total of $11,250 to the renowned hospital.
On May 1st at Paul Brown Stadium, in conjunction with the NFL draft, an on-the-field presentation took place. The check for the $11,250 was presented by Farlon Smith of Beechmont Toyota to Dr. John P Perentesis, Director of Oncology and Cancer Programs at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Mark Stein of Kerry Toyota addressed the gathering as did Dr. Perentesis and Bengals' Executive Vice President Katie Blackburn.
Special guests for the ceremony were Mady Rouse and Mikaelah Longieliere, two of Cincinnati Children's Champions patients, and their families. Also representing the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Toyota dealers were Greg Walker of Kings Toyota, Dave Reeve of Joseph Toyota, Shane Dever of Performance Toyota, and Matt Sensel of Dry Ridge Toyota.
