My only constructive criticism is the very long wait for my service to be completed. It was just my usual oil change, and I was there from 2:50-4:55. There was nothing else done. I feel that wait was way to long for an oil change. The person who checked m in was great!

Got really excellent service from Jett, the person who handled my repair routing from start to finish. Clearly very capable and went out of her way to keep me informed about progress at every step. Also just simply pleasant to interact with. A real step up from some prior experiences at the facility. Was really surprised too at how fast everything moved: car was actually ready for pickup almost two days before I had a chance to come out.

I’ve been to every Toyota dealership in the tristate area, and no experience has come close to Performance Toyota. Jett has been my service advisor for my last two appointments, and I hope that I will continue to work with her for all future visits. She is not just knowledgeable, but she cares about each customer. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Also, they’ remodeled the waiting area, and now have private offices to work as well as a putting green! Bring your Toyota here!
I love the pickup service they offer for lol changes. I'm a full time mother of four so I don't have time to take my vehicle in and wait for an oil change. They are always on time and very communicative.

Our salesman, Joe Hendrix was great. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota. However, we did have an issue with the detailing, but that’s been taken care of. I did find a small chip in the edge of the door and I’m waiting to hear back from the manager. My experience with Performance Toyota was miles above Joseph Toyota, I would not recommend them to anyone.
Jeff Rhodes and the finance team are absolutely wonderful. After being in a serious car crash which my car was totaled ...getting a replacement RAV 4 was imperative and performance Toyota made it happen with lightning speed and I am most appreciative.
John was easy to deal with. We got a 2021 Blazer. We love it. Would have given a five star but we didn’t get as much as we thought we should get for the trade in.

On Monday, 3/3/25, I took my 22 Toyota RAV4 with 30k miles and within 36 months of purchase (I'm the 2nd owner) to Performance Toyota to see if a leaking strut was covered by the Toyota warranty.
